The souls of good cats that live with endless hunting, watch over the living Clan cats, and send omens and prophecies. These cats walk in the Stars, forever watching over the clans as time goes on.
This place is where cats go who are unsure where their loyalties lie. They aren't good, yet not evil. These cats walk the line inbetween. They will stay here forever, in this twilight forest until a cat from Starclan or from the Place of No Stars shows them the way to either site. This area is forever in twilight. Not dark, yet not light. It is not evil, yet not good. It is the line that separates them.
Starclan only accepts the good cats. Cats that are denied by Starclan come here, to forever walk this lonely dark forest. It is stuck in an area of constant night with an eerie silence.

Afterlife
All animals will die at some point in time. And once they do, they come here. Their life ends in the living world, but it can go on in the afterlife. Cats will go to were ever their soul lies. Cats who believe in Starclan, will go there. Cats who were unsure about their beliefs went to the Place of lost souls. This area is a silent forest stuck at twilight. And evil cats went to the Place of No Stars, a dark evil forest. Sometimes, cats can learn the way to cross into the different areas.
